These terms cover the Corporation Wars game and this website, made by Moxiebytes (“we”). By playing, you agree to them.

It’s a game

Every company, plot, lease, investment and dividend in Corporation Wars is fictional. Nothing in the game is financial advice or a real investment.

Your account

You sign in with Apple. You must be at least 13, or older if your country requires it. You’re responsible for play on your account. Each installation of the app can create one company.

Company names and messages

Other players see your company name, and your messages when messages are switched on. Names and messages must not be hateful, harassing, sexual, impersonate anyone, or contain personal information. We may correct a name, delete a message or mute a company that breaks these rules. You can report and block other companies in the game.

Fair play

Don’t cheat, automate play outside the game, exploit bugs, attack our servers or harass other players. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Credits and the in-game economy

Credits, units, dividends and everything else in the game are fictional and have no real-world value. There are no in-app purchases, payments or cash-outs. Leases, sales and investments between companies are settled by the game’s rules. We rebalance the game over time, so values and rules may change.

An online service

Corporation Wars needs our servers and an internet connection. We may update, pause or end the game, or reset game data, particularly during the beta. We’ll try to warn you in the game first.

Deleting your account

Delete your account any time from Menu, Account in the game. See the Privacy Policy for what is removed and what stays in the city.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for the game or its support.

No warranty

The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for lost progress, data or indirect losses.
